We support the safety and well-being of our customers

As COVID-19 has grown to pandemic level, we want to share what Superior Drain Solutions and the rest of the team at Construction, Design and Management are doing to support the safety and well-being of our customers and the communities in which we live, work and serve.

Superior Drain Solutions is closely monitoring the COVID-19 public health emergency and we’re following all recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO), and local officials.

It is of the utmost importance to us that with your health and safety in mind you continue to receive the same level of service that you are accustomed to from our company. We are confident that with the measures we have put in place, we can mitigate the risks together.

Here are some of the steps that we are taking:

  • A “no-handshake” policy has been implemented for both customers and staff.
  • Field techs will practice social distancing, meaning all communication will be conducted from at least six feet away from the customer
  • All field techs carry disinfecting wipes and hand sanitizer while on call.
  • All frequently-touched objects and surfaces will be wiped down with cleaning solutions or disinfecting wipes.
  • A mask and gloves will be worn by technicians at all times while inside of your home or business.
